Meg sells homes. And she does it with the kind of dedication and bedside manner clients hope for. She's authentic, honest, analytical, responsive, and warm. Meg grew up in Alexandria, VA, and has since lived in Charlottesville, Arlington, Glover Park (DC), and now Reston. She majored in Sociology at the University of Virginia and took that study of the human condition to the management of construction sites throughout DC and Northern VA. After a handful of years managing subcontractors, analyzing bids, and forming trustworthy relationships with architects, engineers, building owners, and tenant representatives, she felt a real drive to create something that felt more 1-1, more personal. Once she decided to get her Real Estate license, it took her 4 weeks from start to finish. That was in 2013 and she has never looked back. Her clients appreciate how she forges a partnership from the beginning. Her ability to level set with pragmatism, a calm demeanor, and a dash of humor truly sets her apart. Win-wins are her specialty. The art of striking a deal is not often created through pressure but through understanding the needs of all parties. Clients leave the settlement table excited, confident, and happy after working with Meg. Meg knows that, even while buying or selling your largest investment, how you are treated matters. She takes great pride in having accomplished a large volume of sales while respecting the needs of her clients - many of whom become friends and referral partners for life.
