About Meg Marsh

Meg has lived in Virginia and Washington, DC her whole life. She grew up just south of Old Town Alexandria in the idyllic neighborhood of Waynewood. Her interest in communities began in high school. With travel soccer taking her all over the area, she found a sense of adventure and curiosity, taking a long way home from games and practices to see houses and neighborhoods all over the DC region.

 

After many years of commercial construction experience, Meg took her project management talents and passion for helping others to a top-producing Real Estate team and never looked back. Having lived in Alexandria, Arlington, Charlottesville, Glover Park (DC), and now Reston, she has fallen in love with many a community and has the drive to help investors and primary purchasers plant roots in all of these wonderfully vibrant cities and counties.

 

Meg's love of project management is on full display during the process of helping Sellers list and close on their homes. She has an eye for exactly what buyers may be looking for, in every price point and location, and consistently helps Sellers save money during the pre-listing process by advising on needed repairs and minor stylistic changes that can reach a wide audience.

 

Clients enjoy Meg's calm demeanor, sales acumen, warmth, humor, and negotiating skills. Negotiating is not a win-lose battle and Meg knows how to find the balance in helping multiple parties reach an agreement.

 

Meg has helped over 150 clients with more than $100M in sales volume and takes great pride in the knowledge and success derived from this experience.
