Meg Marsh is known for guiding clients through the buying and selling process with a rare combination of strategic insight, calm confidence, and genuine care. Her approach is thoughtful and highly personal—clients often remark that working with Meg feels less like a transaction and more like a trusted partnership.
A Northern Virginia native, Meg grew up in Alexandria and has lived throughout the region, including Charlottesville, Arlington, Glover Park in Washington, DC, and now Reston. After earning her degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia, she began her career managing construction projects across Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. In that role, she worked closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and building owners, developing the analytical mindset, attention to detail, and negotiation skills that now serve her clients so well in real estate.
Drawn to a more personal, client-focused career, Meg earned her real estate license in 2013 and quickly built a reputation for her thoughtful counsel, steady guidance, and ability to bring clarity to complex decisions.
Meg’s clients appreciate the partnership she establishes from the very beginning. Her pragmatic perspective, calm demeanor, and subtle sense of humor help create a grounded, confident experience in what can often be a high-stakes process. She believes the strongest outcomes are achieved not through pressure, but through understanding the motivations of all parties and skillfully guiding negotiations toward meaningful win-win solutions.
While Meg has successfully closed a significant volume of sales across Northern Virginia, she measures success not only in results, but in relationships. Many of her clients become long-term friends and trusted referral partners—something she considers the greatest compliment in her business.
For Meg, even when buying or selling one of life’s largest investments, how you are treated matters just as much as the outcome.
